TRANSFER AT SALE: Construction stormwater permit coverage and SWPPP responsibilities must be addressed when site ownership and/or operational control transfers. Seller and Buyer will coordinate the appropriate NDEP permit transition and Buyer assumption of post-closing SWPPP compliance obligations.
